Attendance
When
you sign up for Classes with the Word in Motion You
are committing to an annual tuition fee which is
set for each level and is payable in
installments (Sept-May). Your payment is one
installment NOT a payment for that particular

of Holidays, sick days, or snow days. Holidays have
been worked into the schedule. Please note you
are responsible for all payments, regardless of
student's attendance. The Word in Motion
Realize that extreme circumstances may arise in
which you are unable to pay your tuition. However,
you are expected to contact the director and apply
for payment arrangements at the discretion of the
director. You are expected to honor your commitment
and remain faithful with your payments except
in the case of a prolonged illness.. There are no
refunds for missed classes but a make up class may
be scheduled at the discretion of the director.
Please contact your instructor if you are going to
be absent from a class. 2 lateness's equals 1

Matt 25:20-21
and so he that had received five talents came and
brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou
deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have
gained beside them five talents more. His lord said
unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant:
thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will
make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into
the joy of thy lord. Matt.25vs.24-26 KJV Then he
which had received the one talent came and said,
Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping
where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou
hast not strawed: And I was afraid, and went and hid
thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is
thine. His lord answered and said unto him, Thou
wicked and slothful servant, ...
Matt 25:30 and cast ye the unprofitable servant into
outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing
of teeth.

Ministering Procedure :
If
you are a beginning student and have never
ministered in praise dance before, it is suggested
that you wait until you have full understanding of
the course material before you attempt to
demonstrate or teach praise dance. I do not suggest
that you try to teach or minister from a partial or
limited knowledge. Study to shew thyself approved
unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of truth.2Tim 2:15 KJV. If
you would like The Word In Motion or it’s students
to participate in an event, you must check with the
director . Please conduct everything in decency and
in order. It is out of order, discord, division and
dysfunctional to invite a group or a body to do
something with out the leader or head of that
group. The students in the word in motion are a
part of a class that represents a segment of The
Word In Motion. If you would like to book the word
in motion and it’s representatives for a ministry
engagement, please contact or email the director
of The Word In Motion to fill out a formal
request form. All dance choreography, flags, books
and garments are copy written, property and
possession of the word in Motion. You may not
reproduce these items.

Student Drop off and pick up procedures
:
Please be on time to drop off and pick up your child
. Only parents/ Guardians or authorized adults on
application can pick up your child. If you wish for
someone else to pick up your child who is not on the
authorized list, then you must notify the instructor
in writing and call to give permission for that
person to pick up your child. This is done for your
child’s safety. For your convenience, parents/
siblings or friends of student may wait outside in
the dinning area or watch the class from observation
window.
